A family-owned company from East Westphalia with over five decades of experience has established itself as a premium delicatessen manufacturer, specializing in frozen poultry products for the foodservice and wholesale markets. The site combines craftsmanship with modern production, where more than 250 employees create a wide range of high-quality poultry specialties with the utmost dedication to excellence.
To address the challenges of increasing wastewater volumes and ambitious sustainability goals, the company implemented a customized solution: two modular, container-based anaerobic wastewater treatment systems featuring integrated gas storage, gas purification, and efficient biogas utilization. These systems convert organic loads into valuable biogas and seamlessly integrate into the company’s existing sustainability and energy concept. At the same time, they relieve municipal infrastructure and enable significant cost savings.
