Efficient Pre-treatment

Highly Efficient Solids Separation at the Highest Level — Everything from a Single Source!

Screen Drums / Drum Sieves

Separating Powerfully What Doesn’t Belong Together

The FLEXBIO-DS Screen Drum is a powerful solution for mechanical wastewater and process water treatment. Constructed from high-quality stainless steel, the system reliably removes suspended solids, fibers, and particulates using a rotating screening system with precisely adjusted mesh openings.

Contaminated water is fed gravimetrically to the rotating drum, where it undergoes efficient filtration — water penetrates through the screen while solids are retained. The robust construction ensures long service life and minimal maintenance requirements.

The FLEXBIO-DS impresses with:

  • Easy integration capabilities

  • High throughput performance

  • Maximum operational safety

  • Ideal suitability for demanding industrial applications

This system represents an optimal choice for industries requiring reliable and efficient water treatment solutions.

Note: Screen drums made of high-quality stainless steel (AISI 304 or AISI 316) with gear motor (V = 230/400 V, 50/60 Hz, IP65 protection). Standard features include: Integrated level measurement system, Automatic flushing via solenoid valve (2/2-way valve). Optional features: Cover included, Outdoor application capability, Available with screen slots ranging from 0.15 mm to 1 mm, Control panel and control system available as an option. Important: The throughput capacity depends on the selected screen size and the contamination level of the wastewater. This system provides a comprehensive solution for efficient wastewater treatment with customizable options to meet specific application requirements.

Screening Screw / Sieving Screw

Efficient Solids Separation for Industrial and Municipal Applications

The FLEXBIO-GCEC Screening Screw is a reliable solution for automatic solids removal from industrial and municipal wastewater — ideal for the beverage, food industry, and municipal wastewater treatment plants.

Coarse materials are initially separated via a pre-installed screen. Once a specific fill level is reached, the conveying screw cleans the screen basket with brushes, transports the material upwards, compacts, and dewater it.

The clog-free design ensures safe operation. An optional compactor for additional dewatering is available.
