This compact container-based system is tailored to meet the demands of industrial and commercial applications. The fully equipped container includes all essential components: fixed-bed reactor, internal fittings and distributors, gas collection, water and wastewater management, integrated heating system with heat recovery, piping, mechanical equipment, sensors, and advanced control technology.
The compact, modular gas storage unit in container design provides a safe and flexible solution for temporary biogas storage.
Equipped with a gas-tight double membrane, integrated level measurement, and support air blower, it ensures reliable operational safety. Thanks to its modular design, it is easily scalable and can be seamlessly integrated into existing systems.
Modular gas treatment system consists of various individually configurable modules – tailored to the specific requirements of your operation.
It includes: Biological desulphurization for efficient H₂S removal, Activated carbon filters for fine cleaning, Gas drying to ensure consistent high gas quality, Gas compressors for pressure adjustment, and sensor modules for precise measurement of gas volume and quality.
Available in different sizes, the systems are flexibly scalable and can be seamlessly integrated into existing installations.
Depending on requirements, the system includes: Combined Heat and Power Unit (CHP) for simultaneous power and heat generation, Gas boiler for direct heat production, Gas flare (emergency flare) for safe disposal in case of excess or emergency situations.
All essential components – including pumping systems, heating water buffer, emergency cooler, measuring technology, sensors, and control systems – are fully integrated and perfectly coordinated. This ensures a reliable, ready-to-use solution for the efficient utilization of biogas.
Through anaerobic treatment, organic pollution is converted into energy-rich biogas – reducing operating costs while permanently lowering CO₂ emissions.
Thanks to the modular container concept, our plants can be flexibly adapted, quickly installed, and easily expanded at any time. The compact design requires minimal space, is transportable, and allows for step-by-step expansion as needed – without high initial investments.
Even under fluctuating hydraulic and organic loads, the cleaning performance remains consistently high, with an organic load reduction of more than 90%.
