A leading company in the field of livestock transport relies on efficiency and sustainability throughout its operations. A key focus is the resource-efficient treatment of wash water generated in large quantities during the cleaning of its truck fleet.
To reduce high disposal costs while harnessing energy potential, two FlexBio modules were installed: one for anaerobic wastewater treatment and another for complete wash water purification. The system is complemented by gas cleaning, gas storage, and the energetic utilization of the produced biogas in a gas boiler. The treated water can then be reused for truck washing – creating a closed-loop system that saves costs and protects the environment.
